Kamshuka Barrocks is a mother of 4, wife, certified Wellness Coach, mindfulness practitioner, author & International Speaker. Kamshuka is a war child survivor who continues to disrupt old patterns of thinking & encourages her audience to consider the quality of their thoughts. She is the founder of “The Conscious Warriors,” a wellness platform that focuses on self-love, healing and a roaster of coaching services & products to add to your wellness toolbox. She’s an advocate against human trafficking who spent time in the city of Kolkata, India, to rescue women sold into sex slavery. Kamahuka has been recognized as one of Canada’s Women making History & she has been featured on CBC, Voyage LA & Voyage ATL. She is also seen on Uganda’s national network NTV as an Empowered Woman of Power.
