In this episode, Natasha shares her passion, purpose and relationships journey and how you can do the same.
Natasha Helwig, aka Tash, is a Self-Work Facilitator, Introspective Coach and Writer that has been helping women grow, love, heal and be heard for over eight years. Her workshops are not for the faint at heart - they are for those feeling out of touch with themselves and their values, those that may have been wounded in a relationship with parents and/or partners, and for those that are simply feeling stuck or out of place in their present life.
Tash's work is the light touch needed to help inspire you to begin seeking guidance and taking action in various areas of your life.
Natasha is the founder of Broken Heals: a space for Black women to grow, love, heal, feel and be heard. This is a space where Black women can feel deeply, be soft, experience and receive vulnerability and truly take their capes off.
We discussed:
